“Ya Gotta Stay Here!”
-
As a family of four we stayed in Roscoe #2 (3-bed/2-bath) guesthouse in Roscoe Village. The guesthouse was next to the Cinnamon Boutique and the location couldn't have been better. In addition to the Cinnamon boutique you are in walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The guesthouse was clean, modern and included all the amenities, bath & kitchen towels, iron/ironing board, fully stocked kitchenwares, dishes, pans, utensils; including a wine cooler! The beds were comfortable. The stairs leading up to the guesthouse are a little narrow, my husband thought the windows in some of the rooms could benefit from blackout curtains, especially in the living room since the light from the boutique sign was on all night. However, I think he was the only one bothered by this. You just can't go wrong renting this place.

- “Five nights in Chicago”
We enjoyed staying in Old Town. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet and there are a couple of good eateries within walking distance. Our favorite was marge's tavern. Good atmosphere and really good food. The tavern at the end of the street was also very good. We had tickets to the Second city Comedy Club which was fun and also an easy walk. We ubered to town every day to see the sights of Chicago. We took the train one day which was very convenient to the apt.
The apt was really comfortable for the two couples. The layout was perfect as the bedrooms & bathrooms are separated by the kitchen & living room. I would recommend it highly.

- “I would live here!”
We stayed in apartment 1 in the Old Town area of Chicago. What a lovely neighborhood close to all. We walked to Second City Comedy Club and the Royal George Theatre to see Spamilton. There are so many restaurants within walking distance along with a grocery store. I do recommend Pea Pod for food delivery and you get a discount for your first time order. The apartment was perfect! Upgraded finishes, clean, well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. Gold Coast is just a few minutes walk away. You will LOVE it here and will be sad to leave.

- “Perfect Lincoln Park 2 Br near DePaul”
Great renovated apartment a few blocks from DePaul and the Fullerton El. Clean and fresh with comfy beds and new linens and towels. Kitchen has a small dishwasher and fridge and ample counter space if you need to cook. We enjoyed being close to lots of good restaurants and walking the area around DePaul. Location was absolutely perfect for our stay. Main level is up a few stairs and has one bedroom and the bathroom, kitchen and den. 2nd bedroom is down the small flight of stairs. Both bedrooms have closets and dressers for unpacking clothing and new furniture. Very well-furnished and supplied apartment. We had everything we needed!

- “Family loved it”
We stayed at a guesthouse while we were in Chicago. The customer service was excellent. The location was excellent. I don't think I have every felt that comfortable and relaxed while staying in Chicago. Can not wait to book next trip back to Chicago!

- “Beautiful, comfortable condo if vibrant Chicago neighborhood”
We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautifully appointed condo in Roscoe Village. We were able to walk to the main drag, where there were plenty of restaurants and services. We ate at The Turquoise Cafe which was great Turkish food and good eclictic breakfast at Orange.

- “Plan to stay here again”
I have stayed at a number of their properties and have always been happy with everything. They have great locations and accommodations. The booking process is good, and any questions or issues are handled quickly. I plan to continue to stay with them.

our review o
n City Gal! Why pay Hotel rates when you
can stay in the luxury of a Home? When traveling with a large
family such as ours (6) we have to be concerned with expenses.
Hotel costs and eating out 3 times a day can drain your bank
account quick. We typically look for suites or adjoining rooms,
and the search for the right place at the right price can be a

This is a great place in a great neighborhood. I'm a bit biased
- I grew up near here. The apartment provides the best in city
living. Very well furnished, bright, spacious, spotless, and
comfortable. Very nice kitchen with all of the bells and
whistles.
